Do Not Retain Justice Paul C. Wilson

The Missouri Supreme Court justices are up for retention every 12 years. This November, we vote whether to retain or remove Judge Paul C. Wilson (appointed by Jay Nixon), who wrote the 4-3 majority opinion in September 2024 that allowed the original Amendment 3 to be on the ballot – Enshrining abortion into our constitution. This November, we urge you to vote NO to not retain Judge Paul C. Wilson. Removing Judge Wilson WILL send a strong message to the other justices on the court.
