AAMO Podcast 46: AAMO 46 – Week 2 Legislative Update

Another week has passed in the Missouri General Assembly with no movement on abolition legislation. The status remains unchanged.

There are still four abolition measures filed—two resolutions and two bills in both chambers—authored by Sen. Mike Moon and Rep. Burt Whayley. The resolutions remain unassigned. One bill remains stalled. The Senate Equal Protection bill (SB 951) remains in an inappropriate committee.
